Ducera Partners - New York City, NY
To support their rapid growth, leading investment banking advisor Ducera Partners engaged design firm Ted Moudis Associates to create a modern interior space for their Manhattan office at 11 Times Square, with the directive to create a welcoming front-of-house area for clients, and a bright, open setting for staff.
The design concept for Ducera’s Manhattan headquarters emphasizes the impressive 360-degree surrounding cityscape view from the 36th floor to maximize the comfort of clients and staff.
Addressing the heightened focus on appealing to returning employees, Ted Moudis incorporated (85) 120-degree workstations, encouraging a friendly, collaborative environment that promotes flexibility and allows daylight from exterior glass walls to pour into the space.
According to Forbes article, Must-Add Ingredient for Return to the Workplace: Light, “Growing evidence of a link between natural light and employee happiness is triggering a large number of requests for designers to maximize natural light and outside views.”

The refined elements of the client-facing areas include conference rooms that feature a monochromatic palette of grey-toned wood and café au lait-colored leather. INFINIUM Quantum Single Butt-Glazed glass walls in black painted framing finish complement the blackened wood conference tables, while making these striking (and acoustically-sound) city views possible through closed doors.
Another successful outcome of Ted Moudis’ design execution was to showcase the client’s extensive modern art collection, strategically placing pieces along the mirrored interiors where they appear to float in space. Reflections from these patterned mirrored walls along with a dramatic ceiling pattern further the open design concept by creating the impression of uninterrupted space.
INFINIUM is proud to have partnered with Ted Moudis, as well as SJP Properties — landlord and general contractor on the project. We were thrilled to learn that Ducera Partners received CoreNet Global's 2022 Project of the Year Award for their work in enhancing the lighting of the 360-degree view to create a bright and warm atmosphere. A job well done by all!
